Do international orders have customs fees?

Many countries place fees on imported packages. Unfortunately we cannot determine a customs fee in advance, but there are duty calculators online that give a good estimate.

By law we must mark packages with their retail value and describe the contents as merchandise. However, we also list contents as "used/vintage clothing" because this is an accurate description that can lessen customs fees, depending on the regulations of the destination country.

If an order is refused or abandoned with the postal service and returned to sender, it is treated as a return without RMA (refund of items' value minus 25% restocking fee) if and when received.
