How To Remove Wax Stain

First place the stain between two disposable muslin pads, then use an iron on medium setting to warm the top layer of muslin and draw out as much wax as possible from the stained fabric.  If the fabric will not accept a medium setting, try the highest setting that the fabric will allow.  As the wax melts onto the muslin, replace with a new piece of muslin.  Note that this is one of the few times to use heat to help remove a stain (as heat tends to set stains).

After this, follow the steps for combination stains.  If the wax is colored with dyes, you may also need to (at least) soak in rubbing alcohol, and/or follow the steps for removing dyes.
