Full of late Victorian splendor! This darkly exquisite find has a jagged waist of black velvet ribbons over fine dotted net, repeated in larger scale to the lower skirt. It ends in seductive slits all round the hem (nineteen in total), each beautifully laced up in black velvet. The silhouette is absolutely grand, well-fitted to the wearer in eight gores with a trailing hem that extends 2-3 feet behind the wearer. Measurements
