Made entirely of handkerchiefs sewn into panels of fabric, this resort outfit is a true stunner! The mandarin-collar boxy jacket is half-sleeved with waist pockets and border seaming. The sleeveless shell is quite similar in its raised collar & borders; both have weights sewn inside their hems so that your top won't flutter in an evening breeze. The skirt is gorgeous in four handkerchiefs, with side slits to the hem and a narrow fitted waistband. All three pieces are fully faced. Measurements
