A very pretty day dress, or add an updo and metallic heels to wear it for evening. This fluttery late 70s set includes a decollete` top and a flirty full skirt. The top has a striped border and ruffly peplum; the skirt has a fitted waistband and even gathers into the border printed skirt. Fully lined except the sheer ruffles.
