Lovely quality from an upscale boutique that closed in 1995! This dress set was made in the late 80s, a few years before the 'Elaine' dresses of the 90s. It has a cap-sleeved bodice with lace edges and a self drawstring to the peplum. Matching skirt is a full and flowing A-line with gathers to the waistband.
