Beautiful! This sheer summer dress has a V-neck and cap sleeves with a drop-waist seam and beautifully detailed net skirt. Panels of flowers and scallopwork detail the bodice front and back; the skirt has ornate scalloped jags. Sleeves and waist seam are padded tissue silk. It's a terrific candidate for re-making, as the staining to upper skirt could easily be removed by shortening it, or hiding it with a layer of fabric. Measurements
