Made of fine fabrics like a couture gown, this 1960s black evening dress is sheer silk chiffon with a "cracked ice" glitter bodice, velvet ribbon encircling the waist, and long full sheer sleeves. The blouson bodice has a slight cowl neckline, and the chiffon skirt is straight with a side slit to the knee. It's lined through the bodice & skirt.
