This classic early 1960s suit has a beautiful texture in silky loops of wool tweed, with minimalist lines in a chic tailored style. The jacket has a collarless neckline with long sleeves, coiled rope motif buttons and vertical darts with a square hem. Jacket's fully lined. Matching skirt has a fitted waistband with flat front and gathers to either sides of the waist, half-lined in taffeta to the back skirt. Original belt is black cotton velveteen with a self buckle. Vintage hangtags attached from Majestic.
