Faceted glass beads in candy colors, so sweet in a femme 50s cardigan! This hand beaded sweater has an open front, full-fashioned long sleeves and a silky lining through the bodice. The special beadwork has a faceted brilliance in bright pastels. Late 1950s to early 1960s in slightly shabby condition (see Condition Detail) yet very wearable.

Looks excellent at first glance but has several issues as follows - 4-5 very small repaired holes to the knit at torso/sleeves, the sleeves have two 1/8-inch tan marks to underside of right sleeve and one to underside of left, the top of right shoulder and upper crease of right sleeve has a very slight fade, the lining has a few tan marks and one small hole (pictured) primarily near the label, all slightly noticeable at most
Washing Instructions
Dry clean; or lukewarm hand wash (no agitation), shape and dry flat, hang on a padded hanger and steam if needed, store folded
