$ 137.50

An elegant 1930s dress in gorgeous Art Deco satin brocade! This long sleeve tailored dress is a unique design of the mid-late 30s, with princess seams in a fitted line from shoulder to the drop-waist seam. It has shoulder pads and a point lapel, with a row of metal buttons & bound buttonholes above the lightly full skirt, gathered to the hip. This dress is an intriguing combination of Depression era & World War II details, in a beautiful fabric similar to those used in lounge robes of the same time period. It was made for a clothing shop that's been open since 1855.
