For the vintage vixen! This mid-1950s summer dress set was made in California, and it definitely fits the part. The sweetheart see-through cotton dress has a ballet neckline & short sleeves in black cotton piping, with a fitted waist seam and full flared skirt gathered to the waist. Black velvet buckle-front belt included.

Matching open-front coat has a standing collar, cocked cuffs to the short sleeves, and a slim silhouette with long side slits. Coat is fully faced in solid black cotton.

Center back metal zipper on dress with hook/eye at neck, none needed on coat

Condition Detail
Very nice overall, the neckline has a single 1/4-inch vague beige mark, and the lower front skirt has two vague 1/4-inch beige marks, these are hard to notice; similarly faint beige toning at inside edge of dress neckline; hem lengths are original

Washing Instructions
Dry clean; or cold hand wash, shape and dry until damp, press on medium-high setting
