A hot find for a vintage vixen! It's a 1990s party dress with a cropped jacket over a sexy mini skirt. The jacket has a wing lapel, shirred panels to the sleeves, and ultra-chic tailoring. Skirt has a svelte V-point hourglass waist, ruffled peplum and center back slit. Late 80s to early 90s.
