Definitely a nautical look to this rich blue dress set! It's a high quality 1960s ensemble, including a sheath dress with bracelet-length sleeves and matching double-breasted coat. Both pieces have slightly ruffled knit trim with a high neck and faux placket to the dress, a notched lapel and hidden hip pockets to the coat.

Very fine overall, barely worn at most, has a total of four minuscule repaired holes (each less than 1/8-inch) to the coat - one at either cuff and two low at front hem, all very hard to perceive; the left hip has a single 1/4-inch beige mark that is also hard to notice
