Expertly made by a small-scale fashion designer in the late 1960s, this elegant dress has sharp lapels, an Empire arched waist and bow accent. Has a narrow racerback panel to the bodice and an A-line skirt to the ankle. Dress is fully lined and hand-finished. The matching capelet is an airy flare of plisse` with ties under the bust.
