XS 1940s White Summer Dress - Size 2 Cotton & Lace Charming Post WWII Era Frock - Girl Next Door - Short Sleeve - Bust 33.5 Waist 24 - 41635

A fresh white cotton dress in a beautiful mid-1940s design! It's a summery frock, all white with a sheer lace curve around the neckline and lacy cap sleeves. Has a nipped waistband, jaunty slant hip pockets and an A-line skirt with a deep invert pleat at center front and back. This dress looks like 1946 or so, after war rationing ended but before the New Look debuted. A terrific hourglass silhouette for the girl next door!

Beautiful, restored here at Vintage Vixen, has a single tan blemish about 1-inch at center front skirt hem, this is easily hemmed away if you like, or seamed out as it's located on a seam

Washing Instructions
Cold hand wash, shape and dry flat until damp, press on medium-high setting
