1970s toddler's red one-piece romper with a festive holiday appeal! In the 70s, this design was a popular Christmas time outfit in quilted polka dot. It's long sleeved with a faux shirt "underneath", decorative buttons, and even a pert bow tie. Legs have snaps for easy diaper changes. Original tags included, with a sale price of $5.99 from forty years ago, equal to about $28 in today's dollars.
