A beautiful summer gown for a young debutante! This 1970s frock has be-ribboned trim to the scoop-necked ruffle, and matching ribbon trims to the hem of the full skirt. Ruffle collar may be worn on or off the shoulder. It's fitted to the bodice with a ballerina-like flare to the skirt. Original satin ribbon tie at waist. Original tag attached too, with a 1970s sale price of $95.00 - this would be nearly $400 in today's dollars!
