Size 4 Mod Designer Dress - 1960s Brown & Turquoise Blue Sleeveless Office Dress - 60s High End Label - Italian Designer Sarmi - Bust 35

Gorgeous tailored office dress with modernist appeal! This mid-1960s design has a high collar & sleeveless fitted bodice with bound buttonholes. Tweed skirt is lightly full with gathers to the waist and hidden pockets. Lined in silk through the bodice, faced in silk organza to the skirt, and hand-finished. Original tag attached from Sarmi's New York fashion house that closed in 1970. The hangtag is $500, priced fifty years ago... this would be over $4,000 in today's dollars!

As new, never worn, two tiny repaired holes (one at front neck, one at back left shoulder), belt loops but no belt
