Love this look! It's a cocktail dress & matching bolero jacket, fringed and trimmed in military style braid. The dress has spaghetti straps, princess seams and a fitted style with a sexy V-point ruffle to the back waist. Dress has a center back slit. Bolero has shoulder pads and a rounded front hem. Late 80s to early 90s.
