Gorgeous 1950s party dress in vivid roses print! This mid 50s frock has a surplice V-neck, cap sleeves and three sequin trimmed rose appliques dotting the decolletage. Has a pair of invert box pleats under the bust and a fitted waist panel. Has a full skirt, not quite a complete circle (about 3/4 full), and a lilac taffeta skirt lining. The bodice is faced in taffeta. Original self buckle front belt included.

Looks exquisite at first glance, upon close inspection the bodice has a total of approx 10 tiny holes, some repaired, with a 1-inch subtle tuck at left front shoulder and the majority here and under right arm, all hard to notice, and 4 tiny picks to knit on bodice back; the skirt is bright and beautiful with subtle mottling from very mild screen print loss to the skirt; the belt buckle's self covering is half loose and its underside is half missing, this could be glued carefully or the belt buckle could be replaced
