Excellent 1950s flecked wool suit with beautiful musical lyre buttons! This tailored set includes a boxy jacket, slim pencil skirt, and original self buckle-front belt. Jacket has a shawl lapel, 3/4 sleeves with cocked cuffs, and a quartet of pockets at the waist. Jacket is fully lined in satin. Skirt has two slant pockets and belt loops at the waistband, with a closed kick pleat at center back.

Very nice, shows hints of its use & age, the lining has minor pulling at center back seam and subtle rubs and graying, all visible in lining and all minor; the skirt's front hip area has three rewoven areas that are hard to perceive at all; the belt's tab holes are very slightly pulled from normal use
