How do I return a purchase?We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase! If you have any need for a return, please request a return authorization within 3 days of your original delivery. You can either email us or message us through the purchasing venue.
HOLIDAY GRACE PERIOD: Ordering a gift? All orders delivered between Thanksgiving and Dec 24 may be returned if the items don't work for a gift recipient. Just email us by Dec 31 to initiate a return. Meantime check out our gift certificates for a one-size-fits-all solution!
CONDITION: Returned items must be in same condition stated previously online or by email. All tags and affixed items (belts, scarves, accent pins, etc) must be present and in same condition.
HOW TO SHIP: Please send by any insured method. If you're using UPS/FedEx to ship, please email for street address. Shipping cannot be reimbursed.
OUR REPLY: We process returns on Fridays. Use your return as store credit or reimbursement. Store credits never expire and can be used partially. Returns valued over $100 have a 15% restocking fee, up to a maximum restocking fee of $75. This restocking fee is waived if you use the entire return value toward an exchange order.
EXCHANGES: If you want to make an exchange, please email us with the item numbers so we can hold them pending receipt of your return. We'll process the exchange the day after your return is received. If you need the exchange items quickly, you might prefer to place a new order for it now and then process the return separately.
INELIGIBLE RETURNS: Returns sent without an RMA or postmarked later than 7 days from original delivery are eligible for store credit only. If sent back, late returns will be eligible for either store credit or a reimbursement minus 25% restocking fee at our discretion. The same scenario is valid for orders marked "return to sender" by the recipient or abandoned at the post office/customs office (if and when received).
CHARGEBACKS: Any claims made against this return policy in the form of a chargeback will cost the claimant $29.00 per chargeback deducted from the customer's available credit if the chargeback is found to be unwarranted by the transaction's merchant service.
