Sturdy and strong with bright colors, though there are 8-10 large rust colored dots scattered throughout the upper half of the skirt, largest are about 1/4 or 1/2 inches, the waistband has 5-6 similar marks, all noticeable; the waistband interior has had additional loops added to change the width of the waist, could be altered
Washing Instructions
Cold hand wash, shape and dry flat, press while damp inside out on medium-high setting
