Girl's ballerina dress pattern from the 1950s, with a leotard style bodice and full tutu skirt. Also has pattern pieces for both the garland headpiece and the flower hat pictured, as well as a bloomer panty. This is a vintage sewing pattern, marked child size 4 (chest 23) at the edge of the paper flap. Priced 50 cents eighty years ago.
3/8 yards of 35 or 45-inch fabric required for the tutu (View A).
3/8 yards of 35 or 45-inch fabric required for the bodice +
4 yards of 52-inch fabric required for the longer skirt.
Size is for a figure with measurements chest 23, waist 21.
All pieces present, a few are cut. Original instructions present, envelope shows beige toning and a date - May 9, 1962 - in cursive ink. Pattern arrives in a plastic sleeve, pattern pieces may be neatly stored in sleeve outside envelope.
