Christian Dior Scarf - Terrific Sketchy Abstract Print with Trompe L'Oeil Scratches - Pink Gray Red Silk Chiffon Long Rectangle - Designer

Christian Dior scarf in a long sheer silk chiffon rectangle, marvelously printed with crackled geometric patches in asphalt gray, pink, red and black. This fine chiffon is in pristine condition, though its trompe l'oeil "scratches" look truly abraded at first, fooling the eye along with a designer's wink. It has a Dior printed label at the corner, and hand-rolled hems. Likely early 1980s.
