For a glamour girl! This elegant hat looks and feels expensive, lavishly covered in meandering soutache with a dash of beadwork and a chic ribbon accent. It was expertly made by hand for a genteel ladies' shop that clothed the gentry for decades in North Carolina. Specifically named a toque hat, it's a tapered, conical silhouette made in the late 1950s/early 1960s. Original hangtag attached!
