This beautiful flapper style velvet top is a rich grass green in burnout Deco floral pattern, so lovely for a 1920s theme party! It's a 20s or 30s look, likely made decades later judging by the type of elastic band inside the waist. This blouson shirt has a slash neckline and unfitted half sleeves with hand-sewn hems.
