Authentic 1920s flapper's robe is a gorgeous find, ideal for restoration as its silk collar and cuffs are shattering. It's a black satin lounge robe with a splendid embroidered skirt panel in Asian style chrysanthemums and star shaped flower sprays... so beautiful. It's lightly padded between the outer satin and shattered silk lining. See Condition Detail below for flaws.

Acceptable for its age, apricot silk collar and cuffs are obviously fragile and actively shattering, lining is same fabric and in same poor condition, about 90% of this fragile silk is still there, should be replaced for wear but can be displayed as is; the black satin and embroidery is impeccable

Dry clean by a cleaner experienced with antique clothing
