This Scaasi velvet dress is worthy of your attention! It has the Scaasi Boutique label, which opened in 1984. It's cap sleeved with a curved V-neck and light boning that's invisible to the eye. There's a waist seam and darts to the bodice, but the line of the dress is formed by the long, slow curved edge of the wrap front. It's dotted with satin buttons from neck to hip, then it ends in a tulip shape to the street-length skirt hem. This choice design is fully lined and hand-finished.
