An exceptional cocktail from the 1960s, this flapper style party dress has heavy scrollwork beading with multi-colored rhinestones and dancing loops of fringe in a fantastic flapper inspired design. It has bands of striped beading to the scoop neckline, with a nipped waist and drop-waist fringe band just below. The skirt's beautifully flared with a tall band to the interior hem, making the fringe stand out and swish more with movement. Fully lined, hand beaded, and exquisitely hand-finished.
