Terrific 1980s polka dot dress with a very 50s style! This designer dress has a summer party feel, in black & white cotton polka dot with a flirty silhouette. It's short sleeved with a deep surplice V neck and three-tiered skirt, in flared peplum panels with large black bow accents, over a slim skirt with center back walking slit. Fully lined.
