Femme 60s floral cardigan with sublime ribbon embroidery! This spring pastel sweater has meticulous ribbonwork with French knots on cashmere-soft knit. It's lined through the torso and pristine, with a subtle vestige of its origin: look at the fifth photo and you'll see a tissue paper snippet attached to the French knot at the left side... that's a bit of the paper pattern used by the embroiderer at the Hong Kong factory in the early 1960s, still in place as it wasn't fully torn away after the ribbonwork was complete.

Never worn, like new with original paper pattern fragment intact (see description above), has a subtle beige freckle between the embroidered flowers at left torso, and a similar 1/2-inch beige mark to underside of left wrist, easily hidden if the wrist is worn cuffed
Washing Instructions
Dry clean; or lukewarm hand wash (no agitation), shape and dry flat, steam if needed
