Wonderful vintage 50s horse racing shirt with hand painted jockeys, thoroughbreds, racing forms and more... all truly hand painted (not a print or pattern). This crisp cotton blouse has a contrast lapel and bust darts with notches to the shoulder and hem. Mid to late 1950s in a summer sleeveless style with $19.95 tag attached... this would be over $180 in today's dollars!

Condition Detail
Unworn and near mint, the back waist has a barely-there tan mark about 1/4 x 1/2 inches, hard to perceive when worn; the label has a pinked cut that removes the maker's name

Washing Instructions
Test for colorfastness first, warm gentle machine or hand wash, tumble until damp, press on medium setting (use press cloth for painted areas)
