This flirty strapless cocktail dress is a 1980s design with a retro 40s look, so cute in black taffeta with a fitted boned bodice and ruffled flare peplum. It has a line of black-rimmed rhinestones around the strapless bodice with a bow & cutout panel in back. The mini skirt is original length with a center back kick pleat. Late 80s to early 90s, lined through the bodice.
