Oh, Victor! Mr. Costa has created quite the polka dot confection, inspired by the 1950s in a flirty party dress. It has a sexy strapless bodice, boned for support and topped with a self bow at the bust. There's a drop waist seam, a kicky hip ruffle and a flirty crinoline-lined skirt that flares full as can be. It's fully lined. This dress was made in the 1990s, and originally sold for $145.00 - buy it today for the same!
