Terrific 1990s designer cocktail dress for a formal evening! This strapless plaid party dress is rustling taffeta, with a boned velvet bodice and pouf skirt. It has a notched neckline with hidden wiring so that it can curve like petals outward, and a velvet & taffeta four-loop bow at the bust. Fully lined with a full tulle underskirt.
