Gorgeous turquoise tailored dress with modernist appeal! This mid-1960s summer sheath is ideal for the office, with a jewel neckline, short sleeves and angled princess seams to the raised-waist bodice. Skirt is a trim A-line with a drop waisted seam enclosing unusually low-set pockets. Fully lined and hand-finished. Original deadstock tag attached from Ferdinando Sarmi's New York fashion house that closed in 1970.

Center front brass buttons, neck to hip, with hidden snaps at neck & hook/eye at waist

As new, never worn; hook/eye hidden at waist front was replaced as it was a bit rusty, hint of rust were rubbed to the adjacent area though this is not visible to outside and fully functional; faint fine scratches to the brass that are mild and do not detract
