This pleated 1950s summer skirt is a charming gingham classic, in soft blue & white with sheer entredeux stripes and its original belt. The skirt has even knife-pleats to the fitted waistband, and the belt is matching vinyl with a buckle front.

Barely worn and terrific, freshly washed, one of the front pleats has a scant hint of a vague yellow line that can be seen only if carefully scrutinized, about 3 inches long between two pleats, very hard to perceive; the belt has several minor impressions to the vinyl that are same color blue, and a tiny tear at third belt notch

Omitting belt - Cold gentle machine or hand wash, tumble until damp, press on medium-high setting
