Wonderful 1930s ice skater's dress in rich blue velvet! This terrific find is a mix of Victorian styling with its high neck, 1930s play wear with its full skirt, and early athletic wear with its metal zipper front. It has a tailored bodice with piped seams, snaps at the wrist, and a flare to the skirt rarely seen in dresses of the mid-late 30s.
