This halter is like a men's dress shirt gone fabulously femme! It's early 80s in a classic halter with a V-neck, gathers to the fitted waist seam and a narrow A-line skirt. It has a self tie belt and hidden pockets in the skirt. Matching scarf included for your shoulders. Original $60.00 tag attached from almost thirty years ago.
