The scarf-made-blouse motif was not a new idea in the 1960s, but designers like Cassini took it to a posh new level! It's specially pieced to every panel with fitted cuffs and a border print to the side-slit hem. Hard to find, and never worn from a resort boutique that closed in the 1970s.
