Beautiful quality ivory pleated skirt with a rather noir appeal! This elegant office skirt has a tall fitted waist panel with a slender leather belt studded in metal squares. It's a chic A-line with narrow knife-pleats, in a length inspired by the 1930s to 40s. This skirt was made in the mid 1980s from Spitalnick; their skirts retailed for $90 to 130 in 1985.
