Pretty as a bouffant picture! This 1960s party dress is a cocktail hour classic, fitted to the black crepe bodice with a vivacious full skirt in painterly roses. It has a nipped waist with corsage accent & velvet bow tails. The flirty skirt is a-swish with print organdy over rustling taffeta and tulle. Never worn from 60s deadstock.
