Beautiful 1980s red dress from Emanuel Ungaro in fine pinstriped challis, crafted in minimalist angular seams with pannier style pockets. It has a high squarish neckline and long dolman sleeves with decorative shell buttons along the zippered wrists. Has shoulder pads and a brief above-the-knee hem. A very chic post-modern look from the mid 80s, lined from shoulder to hem, and expertly hand-finished.
