A traditional wedding gown with beautiful vintage details! This early 1960s Empire gown has a graceful ballet neckline with elaborate lace appliques to the bodice and sheer sleeves with gauntlet cuffs. The skirt flares to a grand sweep at the hem, smooth and svelte in front with rich gathers along the raised waist in back. Dogwood flowers and lace appliques rim the skirt's hem that trails about 2-3 feet behind the bride. Original $300.00 tag attached from over forty years ago... this would be over $2,300 in today's dollars.
