This 1930s style velvet dress is so intriguing... the special color and unique cut suggest it's authentic to the 30s, but the interior seams are serged and lined in modern chiffon, and the hem is extra-short... so these details tell us it's a more recent creation, but with a very convincing 30s appeal. It has a ruff neckline, full sleeves with gauntlet cuffs, and a blouson bodice. Has a chevron design to the waist and a bias-cut skirt in mini length.
