This early 1950s black dress is a demure design for autumn, with butterfly-like beaded flowers to the fitted bodice. It has dolman sleeves with diamond gussets piecing, a collarless neckline and fitted waist seam. The A-line skirt is a generous silhouette with an asymmetric pleated panel in back, open for walking ease at the lower skirt, similar to a wrap skirt design.

Beautiful overall, looks and feels clean and barely worn, the front bodice has two minuscule repaired holes that are hard to find/perceive
