A top layer that goes so easily with so many clothes! This velveteen jacket has a shawl lapel and belled cuffed sleeves with an unfitted silhouette and open front. Originally sold on Fifth Avenue at Ferdinando Sarmi's boutique that closed in 1970.

From new-old stock but this appears to have been worn, the elbows are a bit flattened and have small bits of lint that was once pile from the velveteen surface, hardly noticeable with a broken-in look and feel
