Size Medium Men's Western Shirt - Late 40s 50s Cowboy Top - Like Chimayo Saltillo Handwoven Cotton - Red Green Blue Americana - Chest 43

$ 195.00

This rare find is a men's handwoven cotton shirt, striped in vivid colors reminiscent of a Chimayo blanket. It has a broad point lapel, two chest pockets with crude top stitching, cuffed long sleeves and a fantastic rockabilly vibe. It was purchased in the late 1940s or early 50s in the Southwest US by a world traveler who also procured a couple of Chimayo wool handbags on the same trip.

We also have a pair of amateurly made wide-leg pants from the same estate, in a different stripe with similar colors, available at the time of posting. Please check our shop listings for current stock.
